Mzbel Hints On Collaborating With Don Jazzy And Burna Boy On An Upcoming Project

Ghanaian veteran songstress, MzBel has revealed why she wants to collaborate with Nigerian artists Burna Boy and Don Jazzy.

Speaking in an interview on Joy News, Mzbel revealed that she is talking with the teams of Don Jazzy and Burna Boy simultaneously to come to an agreement with her. She explained that she wanted to do a Ghana-Naija collabo.

Veteran Ghanaian musician Mzbel has shared a video of her son performing in front of his classmates.

It’s obvious the little boy is following in the footsteps of his mother.

Some fans in the comment session who were impressed with his effortless stage performance said artists in Ghana need to learn from.

Meanwhile, Mzbel has revealed in a recent interview with Fiifi Pratt that the late Castro would have been on the international market if he was still alive.

The veteran musician disclosed that when Castro was alive, he used to give her some tips on how to go about her music.

” I miss Castro a lot and I hope he comes back. He was a hard-working musician who took his craft seriously. If he was alive, he would be rubbing shoulders with Burna Boy on the international market”. Mzbel stated.

On Sunday July 6, 2014, Ghana music lost one of its talents indefinitely without notice. Theophilus Tagoe, popularly known as Castro went missing while on a vacation in Ada, a town in the southern part of Ghana.
Castro was on tour at the holiday destination with long-time friend and captain of the Black Stars of Ghana, Asamoah Gyan.

Gyan who recorded a hit song with Castro still admits he gets sad when he hears songs by his missing friend, three years down the lane.

In an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show, the Black Stars captain who admittedly confirmed the fact

Asamoah Gyan talks about how the trip that led to Castro’s disappearance was the first time he and his group had visited Aqua Safari for fun moments.
