Meanwhile in other news, Ghanaians have heavily descended on the President for his comments about the Akosombo Dam Spillage.
President Nana Addo paid a visit to the victims who have been forced to leave their houses as a result of the Akosombo Dam Spillage.
Speaking at to some of the residents, Nana Addo said that he was there because the people needed help. And he if was going to help them based on those who voted for him, he would have ignored them.
“I came here because Ghanaians are having difficulties and it’s my responsibility to try and help, because if it’s a question of counting who votes for me and who doesn’t vote for me, I shouldn’t be here, but that’s not my concern”. He was quoted saying.
This obviously didn’t sit well with majority of Ghanaians. They accused him of being a tribalistic President who didn’t care about the well being of his citizens.
